Urinary incontinence occurs when there is an involuntary loss of urine that is a hygenic or social problem to the individual.
There are six general types of incontinence:

  • Urge incontinence
  • Mixed incontinence
  • Reflex incontinence
  • Overflow incontinence
  • Functional incontinence
